Pastor Jeevan Ramesh Dhale

Rev Jeevan Ramesh Dhale is Founder and Principal of Reaching the Lost International Bible College. In 2010, while he was in New York, USA completing his Bible College studies, during a time of prayer he received the vision and name "Reaching the Lost." He has been involved for over ten years in pastoral ministry and social work, reaching out to the needy. He also serves as Youth Director in Assemblies of God Maharashtra and is regularly invited as a guest preacher. He has travelled to 13 different nations preaching the word of God, and his sermons have blessed many around the world. Pastor Jeevan is married to his wife Sonakshi, who serves alongside him passionately.

The birth of Pastor Jeevan Dhale was miraculous. Born to parents active in ministry, he arrived with severe complications — doctors diagnosed 16 major diseases and gave up hope for his survival, as he weighed just 1200 grams. His mother, a staff nurse, prayed constantly for his healing. Overnight, God answered — healing him completely, which is why his parents named him Jeevan ("Life"). At age 16, at a youth camp, he heard the message of Isaiah 6 — "Who will go for me?" — and answered the call to full-time ministry. He was baptised and filled with the Holy Spirit, and became actively involved in youth and evangelism work.

After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Mumbai, God opened a door for him to pursue theological studies at Mount Zion International School of Ministry in Pennsylvania, USA — connected to Rev. David Wilkerson, founder of World Challenge and Times Square Church, New York, where he also completed his internship. He returned to India to serve, and later completed his Masters in Divinity from the Global School of Open Learning (SABC), Bengaluru. He is currently pursuing further doctoral studies in ministry.

Pastor Sonakshi Dhale

Pastor Sonakshi Dhale is Co-Founder and Vice Principal of Reaching the Lost International Bible College. She holds a Bachelors in Theology from Southern Asia Bible College, Bangalore, and a Bachelors in Multimedia, also from Bangalore. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Divinity from GSOL, Bangalore. She has preached in 13 different nations, and is regularly invited to speak at women's conferences across India and internationally.

She is actively involved in pastoral ministry alongside her husband, and God uses her in the Bible college's teaching ministry. She has previously served as Media Head in Christian ministry and as a Value Education professor in schools, and is a certified family and marriage counsellor, having also spoken at parenting seminars. Pastor Sonakshi is a gifted songwriter — her first released song, "Tera Raaj Aaye," has encouraged many, with more music on the way.
