Refund policy

Consultations

• A consultation fee is not refunded once the consultation has taken place.
• If you cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment, any advance paid is refunded in full or kept for your next visit, as you prefer.

Treatment plans

• If you stop a plan within 15 days of starting, the unused part is refunded after deducting the consultations held and medicines given.
• After that, plans are not refunded, but a plan can be paused (for travel or illness) and resumed later.
• When you upgrade to another plan, the unused part of the old plan is taken off the new plan's price.

Medicines

Medicines prescribed for you cannot be returned once dispensed, except unopened items returned within 7 days, which may be credited at the clinic's discretion.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back the way you paid: cash at the clinic, or to the same UPI / card / bank account within 7 working days. You receive a receipt.
