These terms apply to this website, the patient account (My account), the chat and the clinic's services.

Appointments

• A booking request is confirmed only when the clinic contacts you, or when you book a free time in My account.
• Please come 10 minutes early. If you cannot come, cancel or change the time in My account, or call the clinic.
• Online consultations are by video call at the agreed time. Some conditions need an in-person visit; the doctor will tell you.

Fees and payments

• Consultation fees and treatment plans are shown on the Plans & fees page or told to you before you start.
• You can pay by cash, UPI (QR / Google Pay) or online. A receipt is issued for every payment.
• Refunds follow our Refund policy.

Medicines

Medicines are given only to the clinic's registered patients, as prescribed by the doctor after a consultation. There is no sale of medicines to the public.

Not for emergencies

This website, the chat and WhatsApp are not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.

Your account

Keep the codes we send you private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
